Terms & Conditions
1. MUST BE REDEEMED TUES - FRI BETWEEN 9.30AM—3PM (Not available late nights or weekends)
2. This membership entitles the owner of the membership to one each of a brazillian wax, lash tint, brow tint & brow shape per calendar month that About Me is open, within the specified hours. About Me is open 50 weeks of the year. The membership may be used as much or as little as the membership allows.
3. The treatments within the membership are as they stand and may not be swapped with any other treatments.
4. The monthly payment system entitles the owner of the membership to pre-book three calendar months in advance. Paying in full for one year entitles the owner of the membership to pre-book one year in advance.
5. No-shows and missed appointments null and voids that months booking. You may not transfer a missed appointment or no-show to another week. You may change your booking with up to 2 hours notice in accordance with availability.
6. Monthly payments are by automatic payment from your nominated bank account or by About Me manually debiting your nominated credit card every month. The membership owner dictates at the time of signing up the preference of being debited on the 1st or the 15th of the month.
7. First months payment is required at the time of sign-up (You must remain one payment in advance)
8. Defaulting on any payments means your membership can be suspended until reparation is made in full. Two consecutive defaults and the membership is void. You can opt out anytime by notifying About Me before your next payment is due.
9. About Me will not refund any part-used months payment.
10. A minimum membership of 6 months is required.
11. Any About Me memberships use is restricted to the owner of the membership and cannot be used by anybody else.
12. About Me reserves the right to terminate any About Me memberships.
13. Memberships cannot be transferred or put on hold. No refunds will be given.
14. Memberships are strictly limited to availability.
