Stretchmarks

It is believed that 90% of women will have some form of stretchmarks during pregnancy.  Rapid weight gain and loss are also common causes of stretch marks in men and women.

When the skin is stretched or overstressed, it results in the skin tearing, occuring on the breasts, abdomen, thighs, goin or buttocks.  Beginning off red in appearance, with time healing will form scar tissue, which is white in appearance.

There is a DMK Programme to help reduce the appearance os stretch marks.  It dissolves the torn, damaged tissue down to the appropriate point to make the tissue re-knit. Once complete enzyme therapy is performed to rebuild and strengthen the new tissue and ensure optimal skin function - initiating new healthy tissue to replace old scarred striae.
